Shipping
We offer free shipping worldwide! All orders placed Monday to Friday are shipped within 24 hours (except custom orders). Our PD Belts are shipped worldwide via Royal Mail First Class post.

Please allow 1-2 working days for our UK customers to receive their orders.
Our International customers can expect their orders to be delivered within 7-10 working days.
Refunds & Exchanges
We hope all of our customers are happy with their orders. However, if this is not the case, you can exchange your PD Belt or return it for a full refund. Return postage will be the customer's responsibility.

How to wear the PD Belt
1. Lay the PD Belt out with the inner pocket facing you at your front.
2. Thread the catheter tube through the inner pocket away from the exit site.
3. Once the catheter is all the way through, fold the tube back on itself through
the inner pocket again back towards the exit site.
4. This should form a neat fold securely within the inner pocket.
5. Wrap the belt around your waist and secure to your requirements with the
velcro fastening at the back.
Care Instructions
Please wash the PD belt before your first use. The PD Belt can be machine washed at 40 degrees, but we do not recommend tumble drying.
The PD Belt colours should not run, but we recommend washing with similar colours such as lights and darks.
